Spares and Technical Support for skip and hook loader products
We are pleased to inform you that HES Tractec, a Group HES division, has expanded it’s offering to include spare parts and technical support for skip and hook loader products.
HES Tractec has a lot of experience in the supply of original quality spare parts for a variety of well-known material handling and loading machines. We have continued to maintain a comprehensive spare parts and technical support service for the legacy Matbro telescopic handler range for well over 10 years and are now internationally recognised as the leading supplier of components for this range.
Our service philosophy is very simple:

- We back this up with technical support provided by people that know and understand these machines
- We invest significantly in stock and strive to provide a 100% service level on a next day delivery
We believe we will achieve this with this new skip loader venture although it may take a couple of months to get our stock profile in place.
Technically we are pleased to confirm that this business is being spearheaded by two former employees of Trio, namely Colin Storey and Chris Jaggard. For those of you that have dealt regularly with Trio, Colin and Chris need no introduction. Here is a brief summary of their experience and expertise:
Colin Storey started his working life at Telehoist and was there for 25 years until they closed, most of this time was in the design and drawing office. Colin was also Chief Engineer and Technical Director of RJE/Trio for 10 years. All of this time was spent on the design and manufacture of skip loaders and hook loaders
Chris Jaggard has over 35 years experience in the waste industry, 25 years of which have been in the design and development of Skip and Hook loaders. During this period a key responsibility for Chris was offering direct technical and diagnostic support to vehicle service centres and the end users.
At Group HES, we are very proud of our warehousing and distribution infrastructure. This has been built up over 40 years of specialist distribution of fluid power components by our sister company – Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets. This company has an excellent reputation for service and next day delivery, and we can assure you that this culture has carried across to the HES Tractec division.
