	PRESSURE COMPENSATED FLOW CONTROLS
	FCV-PC-D Flows up to 54l/min   Pressures up to 210 bar Hy-pro pressure compensated flow controls measure the pressure difference across an orifice to determine the desired position of the valve's metering spool. If the flow increases then an increase in pressure drop across the orifice signals the metering spool to further restrict the flow so that the desired flow setting is maintained. Typical applications are for setting a flow to an actuator where constant speed is required regardless of loading.       ADVANTAGES PRESSURE COMPENSATED FLOW REGULATION Units are three port pressure compensated bypass flow controls. IN-LINE MOUNTING Units are supplied with 3/4" BSP inlet and 1/2" BSP control port / bypass ports. MANUAL CONTROL Units are supplied with adjustment knob that can be locked into position once a desired flow is achieved.   Ordering FCV-PC-D Description Adjustable priority flow control valve, 0 to 54 litres per minute c/w 1/2 BSP inlet port and 3/8 BSP priority and tank ports.Pressures up to 210 bar. Temperature Oil temperature should be between +30ºC & +60ºC during normal operation. Oil life is greatly reduced if temperature exceeds 60ºC. As a general rule, oil life is halved for each 8ºC temperature exceeds 60ºC. Filtering It is necessary to keep the level of contamination within a hydraulic system at an acceptable level to ensure trouble free operation. Filtration should always be specified at a level that protects the most sensitive item or component in the system.
