	GP-SUP-BRG Capacities Group 2 & 3 Speeds up to 5,000 rpm   Pump support bearing units provide a robust ball bearing package that supports the actual input drive to the pump shaft. Pump supports are needed when there is only the possibility of driving the pump via a suitable 'vee' or 'toothed' belt which in normal circumstances could damage the pump input shaft. Pump support bearings will allow side loads from belt or chain drives.       ADVANTAGES HIGH RADIAL LOAD CAPACITY Pump supports can withstand substantial side loads without damaging the pump bearings or pressure compensation system. EXTENDED BEARING LIFE The durable bearing package has a rated life of 3,500 hours at 1,500 rpm. FOUR HOLE EUROPEAN MOUNTINGS Units are available for the standard four hole European pump mounts. GREASED BEARING ASSEMBLY Bearing lubrication is by grease to DIN 51502. Operation Pump or motor supports will help sustain side loads typically generated from chain or belt drives and therefore help to protect the pump or motor bearing assemblies. Lubrication Bearing supports are supplied with pre-greased bearings but care should be taken not to operate the units at high temperatures for long periods as this can reduce bearing life.
