Self contained hydraulic power units comprise an 'open' speed DC electric motor driving a fixed capacity gear pump complete with relief valve, optional dump valve, oil reservoir. The unit flow & pressure is governed by the load applied up to the KW rating of the DC electric motor. Typical applications are for intermittent operation of vehicle tail lifts.

CHOICE OF PUMP DISPLACEMENTS
Pump displacements can be up to 2.6cc /rev. Electric motors are complete with starter solenoids & terminals.
CHOICE OF LOWERING SPEEDS
Release valves can be fitted with pressure compensated flow controls to regulate lowering speeds.
SIDE OR FOOT MOUNTINGS
Assemblies can be side or foot mounted to suit.
ADDITIONAL CONTROL VALVES
Assemblies can be supplied with manifold mounted CETOP 3 valves, one, two, three or four bank, to suit your particular application.

Temperature
Oil temperature should be between +30ºC & +60ºC during normal operation. Oil life is greatly reduced if temperature exceeds 60ºC. As a general rule, oil life is halved for each 8ºC temperature exceeds 60ºC.
Filtering
It is necessary to keep the level of contamination within a hydraulic system at an acceptable level to ensure trouble free operation. Filtration should always be specified at a level that protects the most sensitive item or component in the system.
