Operation
Engaging or disengaging electrical pump drive clutches should always be carried out when the hydraulic system is off loaded or lightly loaded and at low engine speeds.
Lubrication
Electrical clutches are supplied with pre-greased bearings but care should be taken not to operate the units at high temperatures for long periods as this can reduce bearing life. |
