	RQ3P & RQ5P Flows to 350 l/min   Pressures up to 350bar Duplomatic pilot operated relief valves comprise a main spool, the position of which is controlled by a pilot pressure signal. As the system pressure rises the valve will lift & relieve just enough to maintain the required pressure setting. The unloading feature is activated by electrically operating a solenoid valve to exhaust the control pressure.       ADVANTAGES PILOT OPERATION WITH ELECTRIC UNLOAD OPTION Relief valves are pilot operated with manual pressure adjustment & if required electrical unloading facility. UP TO THREE SOLENOID OPERATED PRESSURE SETTINGS Units can be supplied with three position solenoid valves to signal three different pressure settings. SUBPLATE MOUNTINGS TO CETOP 3, 5 & 7 Units supplied with mounting flanges to the latest CETOP 3, 5 & 7 standards. MANUAL OVERRIDE OPTION Solenoids can be supplied with push button manual overrides. Oil life is greatly reduced if temperature exceeds 60ºC. As a general rule, oil life is halved for each 8ºC temperature exceeds 60ºC. Filtering It is necessary to keep the level of contamination within a hydraulic system at an acceptable level to ensure trouble free operation. Filtration should always be specified at a level that protects the most sensitive item or component in the system.
