	PVA & PVD Capacities 3cc-250cc/rev Speeds up to 3,600rpm Pressures up to 345bar Duplomatic fixed displacement IGP pumps use a centrally placed external drive gear coupled to an offset internal gear that mesh together & produce a displacement of oil between suction & pressure ports. The fluid's transition from low pressure to high pressure is smooth & ripple free producing a very quiet pumping unit. Typical applications are for fixed delivery systems where a low level of noise or high pressure is required, such as medical or military machinery.       ADVANTAGES LOW NOISE OPERATION IGP pumps are of internal gear construction with pressure balancing for both axial & radial loads. HIGH VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY Optimal load distribution and special low friction bearings enable continuous duty at high pressures. Oil life is greatly reduced if temperature exceeds 60ºC. As a general rule, oil life is halved for each 8ºC temperature exceeds 60ºC. Filtering It is necessary to keep the level of contamination within a hydraulic system at an acceptable level to ensure trouble free operation. Filtration should always be specified at a level that protects the most sensitive item or component in the system.
