Senior Despatcher
We urgently require an individual to assume control of our busy, expanding Despatch department and systems. The position is very “hands on” involving checking, packing and shipping of orders, ordering of supplies, liaison with numerous carriers and maintenance of all associated paperwork and despatch systems. The successful individual will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities and staff involved in the department on a daily basis and will be responsible to the Stores Supervisor. . The position requires regular handling of heavy machine / hydraulic components.
The successful applicant should have previous experience in Despatch, preferably in a similar busy environment. Full training of in-house and carrier systems will be provided.
